The completion time for works on your order depends on two factors:
- the type of service ordered, and
- third party timeframe, usually the time government bodies like HMRC and companies House take to process and update their records after we submit your work to them.
Generaly, some services take shorter time to complete than others. The following is a general completion timeframe guide from the date we receive all supporting documents following your order.
(1) 3 Business Days Orders:
We seek to complete the following orders withing 3 business days, subject to any
unforseen delays from the relevant government agency:
* Company Registration
* Confirmation Statement
* Change company name, registered address, directors, secretaries and shareholders
* Self-employed, sole-trader and self-assessment registeration
(2) 7 Business Days Orders:
We seek to complete the following orders within 7 working days from the date we receive all supporting documents:
* Capital Gains Tax
* Payroll Scheme Set-up/ PAYE Registeration
* CIS Scheme Registeration
* Payroll processing
* VAT Return
* 'Small' Company Accounts and Corporation Tax Return (Turnover up to £200,000)
* Self-employed/Sole-trader Accounts and Tax Return/Self-assessment Tax Return
* CIS Tax Return/Claim
(3) 14 Days Orders:
From the date we receive all supporting documents, we seek to complete the following orders with 14 days:
* Charity registeration
* Gift Aid registeration
* VAT Registeration
* Inheritance Tax
* Capital Gains Tax
* Medium and Large Company Accounts and Corporation Tax Return (Turnover over £200,000)
* Partnership Accounts and Tax Return
* Charity Accounts and Gift Aid Claim
Please note: these timeframes are subject to any unforseen delays from the relevant government agency or deparment, which would be beyond our control. Also, the timeframes begin from the date we receive all requested documents from you following your order. It is therefore strongly advised that you provide all requested documents as soon as possible to avoid delays.
After every successful order, we do send out an oder confirmation email which contians a link for you to upload your supporting documents. Please check your order confirmation email for the upload link; remember to check your junk mail in case it gets there mistakenly. If you're still having issues uploading documents to us, send us an email to admin@certifiedaccountants.org stating your Full Name, your Order Number and the email you used to place the order. We would be glad to assist you.

It is our company policy not to handle client monies. All payments from HMRC or Charity Commission shall be paid directly to our clients, either by direct bank transfer or cheque. We do not receive any such payment for onward transfer to our clients.
